On the page linked above, select General Interest listed under Community Education.
On that page, select Firearm Carry & Renewal in the left panel.
The available classes, date, time, and cost are listed. Select the class you wish to attend.
The class information is listed and below the information click the link 'CLICK HERE to Register for this Class'.
Follow the instructions to login or create a new account.

Important Information

Class time is 1 PM

Classes are in two parts; Classroom instruction first, followed by practical skills test.

Classroom portion is held at Roosevelt Community Eductaion Center.

Practical skills test is held at the indoor range.

We will still accept Walk-Ins.
However, a minimum of 5 people must be pre-registered for class to be held.

If you have registered and the minimum is not met, you will be notified in case of cancellation.

Remember to check your current permits for expiration date

***PLEASE NOTE***

As the classroom portion is held on school grounds, we remind participants to NOT bring their firearm onto school grounds or into the classroom.

* Please come to classroom first, not the indoor range.

* Permits expire after 5 years, so check your expiration date.

* Minnesota allows no more than 90 days PRIOR to expiration or 30 days AFTER expiration for a renewal.

* A minimum of 5 participants are required to hold a class.

* Classes are held monthly September through May. (Generally, 2^nd Saturday of each month)

* Checks can be written out to ISD544.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP

If you are not a club member, the class comes with a 3 month membership to the indoor range ONLY. There is an option available ONLY at the class to upgrade to a full annual membership with an outdoor range key for $45.
